1. 적용 범위

이 개인정보처리방침은 MofuBell 운영자가 제공하는 모바일 앱과 관련 웹사이트에 적용됩니다.

2. 저장하는 정보

MofuBell은 사용자가 입력한 펫 이름·종류·품종·기념일, 알람 시간과 반복 요일, 기상 확인 설정, 사료·레벨·애정도·업적 같은 성장 기록을 처리합니다. 앱 설정과 구매 권한 상태도 처리합니다.

3. 저장 위치와 목적

• 기기 저장소: 앱을 빠르게 실행하고 오프라인에서도 사용할 수 있도록 상태를 저장합니다.
• 사용자의 Apple iCloud 비공개 데이터베이스: 재설치 또는 같은 Apple 계정의 기기에서 기록을 복원하기 위해 사용합니다.
• Apple StoreKit: MofuBell Plus 구매 및 복원 권한 확인에 사용합니다. 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하며 MofuBell이 카드 정보를 받지 않습니다.
• 알림 및 AlarmKit: 사용자가 만든 기상 알람과 기상 확인 알람을 예약합니다.

4. 추적과 제3자 제공

현재 버전에는 광고 추적 SDK가 없으며 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 법적 의무가 있거나 사용자가 명시적으로 요청한 경우를 제외하고 성장 기록을 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

5. 보관과 삭제

데이터는 사용자가 앱에서 초기화하거나 iCloud에서 제거할 때까지 보관될 수 있습니다. 설정의 “내 데이터 초기화”는 기기 데이터와 앱이 생성한 iCloud 기록을 삭제합니다. Apple이 보관하는 구매 내역은 Apple 정책에 따릅니다.

6. 어린이와 안전

MofuBell은 건강·수면·응급 서비스를 대신하지 않으며 기상 성공을 보장하지 않습니다. 미성년 사용자는 보호자와 함께 구매 및 기기 권한을 설정해야 합니다.

개인정보 문의는 MofuBell 지원 페이지를 이용해 주세요. 중요한 변경이 있으면 이 페이지의 시행일을 갱신하고 필요한 경우 앱에서 알립니다.

This policy applies to the MofuBell mobile app and related website provided by the MofuBell service operator.

2. Information stored

MofuBell processes the pet name, species, breed and anniversary you enter; alarm times and repeat days; wake-check settings; food, level, affection and achievement history; app preferences; and purchase entitlement status.

3. Where and why it is stored

• On-device storage keeps the app fast and usable offline.
• Your private Apple iCloud database restores records after reinstalling or on devices using the same Apple account.
• Apple StoreKit verifies MofuBell Plus purchases and restores. Apple processes payment details; MofuBell does not receive card details.
• Notifications and AlarmKit schedule the wake and stay-awake alarms you create.

4. Tracking and sharing

The current release contains no advertising-tracking SDK, and we do not sell personal information. We do not provide pet-growth records to third parties unless legally required or explicitly requested by you.

5. Retention and deletion

Data may remain until you reset it in the app or remove it from iCloud. “Reset my data” deletes on-device data and the iCloud record created by the app. Apple retains purchase history under its own policies.

6. Children and safety

MofuBell is not a substitute for medical, sleep, or emergency services and cannot guarantee waking. Minors should configure purchases and device permissions with a guardian.

7. Contact and changes

For privacy questions, use the MofuBell support page. Material changes will update the effective date here and, when appropriate, be announced in the app.

• Apple StoreKit：MofuBell Plusの購入と復元の確認。決済情報はAppleが処理し、MofuBellはカード情報を受け取りません。
• 通知とAlarmKit：作成した起床アラームと起床確認アラームの予約。

4. トラッキングと第三者提供

現行版に広告トラッキングSDKはなく、個人情報を販売しません。法的義務または利用者の明示的な依頼がある場合を除き、成長記録を第三者へ提供しません。

5. 保管と削除

アプリで初期化するかiCloudから削除するまで保存される場合があります。「自分のデータを初期化」は端末データとアプリが作成したiCloud記録を削除します。購入履歴はAppleの方針に従います。

6. 子どもと安全

MofuBellは医療・睡眠・緊急サービスの代替ではなく、起床を保証しません。未成年者は保護者と購入・端末権限を設定してください。
